What you are agreeing to

Your name, email address and phone number are given to Verify Routes Smoke so they can hold your booking, recognise you when you arrive and reach you if anything changes. They are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else.

You will get one email confirming the booking, with a calendar file and a link that cancels it. That link is the only way to change the booking without contacting us, so keep the email.

Cancelling is free, up to the deadline shown on the cancellation page. After that, get in touch directly.

If the salon keeps a card for missed appointments, you are told so before you are sent to a secure page to enter it. Piklo and the salon never see your card number: the salon holds only the type of card and its last four digits, so they can tell you which one it is. The card is used for one thing — a missed-appointment fee, up to the amount you were shown, and only when somebody at the salon charges it by hand. It is never charged automatically, and asking the salon to remove it removes it.

If you want your details corrected or removed, ask Verify Routes Smoke — they hold them, and they can do it.
